Our tour guide met us at the cruise ship terminal. He was very knowledgeable about Naples and especially Pompeii. We felt very comfortable walking around the ancient city as he shared the history and what it would have been like to live in the city just prior to the eruption. The entire day was a huge success, it was cheaper than any of the tour offered through the cruise line, and we got to see more.

We absolutely loved our Naples tour! Pompeii was amazing. We were very glad that we did not have to drive in Naples because the traffic was crazy.

Tour allowed you walk area and view dwellings and environment up close rather than riding and observing from bus.

First time to Naples & Pompeii. Enjoyed feeling the history and beauty of the Naples. Pompeii was all I had read about. It was awesome to actually visit the site in person.

Would recommend this tour. The driver and the guide for the city tour were very good and experienced. Our Pompeii guide was beyond excellent, he really made the ruins come to life.

We enjoyed our day tour of Naples and of Pompeii very much. The places were so full of history! My only complaint was that our tour guide for Pompeii didn't give us enough time to use the bathroom. We had started our tour at 8:00 a.m., so by 2:00 p.m., we were in need of a bathroom break, but she basically told us there wasn't any time and that we had to go. So, if you get the same lady we got, and she tries to tell you there isn't any time, just go, because by the time we actually left, we had plenty of time to go and come back. Also, bring a shawl, if you're going sleeveless, for entering the church.
