Everything went very smoothly. We loved the Eurostar, and were met in London by someone. It could not have been nicer. We had such a good time and there were no hitched, we booked other trips when we were there, and they were wonderful too.

With all of the Viator tours, we arrived timely to begin our tour and we stood waiting 20 minutes. The train ride was awesome and traveling first class was the way to go. Once we arrived and departed London, we did not have to worry about dining since we had wonderful breakfast and dinner on the train. We saw everything we wanted to see in London and even had time for shopping at Harrods.

I enjoyed the trip. Wish I had mire time in London. The local tour company did not provide me a voucher for the tour once in London so I had to pay and wait for a reimbursement. That did not ruin the day, the trip was great and the weather was perfect,

Well worth the time and money! We saw everything we wanted to. Food, drinks and service were great in First Class. If you only have one day to see London, this is the way to do it.

This was a great trip. Instead of just taking the train to London on our own, as originally planned, this also gave us a boat ride on the Thames with commentary and a hop on hop off bus ticket while in London. The bus also included commentary and made it a educational as well as a fun trip.

I loved our trip to London, but had I known that we would only be provided with tickets for the train to London, a hop on bus tour, and a boat ride without a guide, I would have saved the money and gotten the tickets myself. No offense to Viator as I have used your service before and loved it, but the extra money we put out for this was not worth what you provided. The bus that took us to Gare de Nord train station was 40 min. late picking us up, leaving us in a bit of a panic if we were going to get through customs and immigration in time.

We chose first class mostly because of the food that would be provided on the train. It was not what I expected for first class, but not bad, either. Overall, a good day. The hop-on hop-off bus tour was great for getting a good overview of the city for first-timers. I recommend this tour.

Our trip to London from Paris by train was fantastic for all of us. It was a great experience to ride in a comfortable and fast train and get to London well within 3 hours. The escorts in Paris and guided tour in London was on time and informative. The only change I would recommend is to get the passengers at the departure terminal a little sooner as we got through the gates with less than 5 minutes to spare. We would certainly recommend this venue to others as we had a very enjoyable experience.

London was a wonderful place to travel, if you don't have enough time to stay in London, I would recommend this trip. You have so much time!!! It is a rather long trip, so pace yourselves and figure out what sites you really want to see. I also recommend bringing an umbrella, haha.

If you have limited time and you want to see both London and Paris, this is the trip to take. Paris to London in two and a half hours, the hop on and off bus plus the Thames river cruise is great. This trip is well worth the money, especially first class.

The only caveat would be London traffic and weather because it may delay the tour buses. The tour was well-organized.

I found the whole day quite exciting really. The friend I travelled with had never been to London before, so the fast and easy trip, which included a meal, was perfect. We thought the link with the red bus was fabulous; we hopped off and on all day and saw so much. We found everyone concerned very pleasant and helpful. Thank you.

We booked the trip on the last week of July and had an amazing time during the summer. The bus tour provides ample time for sightseeing all through major landmarks. Highly recommend.
