Our guide, was most informative and helpful. Pick-up was on time, and even though he was running late on the return journey, due to other travelers not returning to the pick-up point as arranged, he still insisted on taking us to our hotel. Most enjoyable.

This was an excellent half day tour that maximized our time and provided a good overview of Versailles. We got in quickly, saw the high points and had plenty of time to enjoy the gardens and the fountain show.

Must do the full day tour Our guide was excellent. She was very informed about the history of Versailles. Lunch took to long. Need to short so you have more time in garden.

I would suggest taking the all day tour and you would still need more time. Versailles is amazing. The gardens are spectacular and the palace is magnificent. I would highly recommend this tour if you are short for time but you should consider the longer version.

The trip contained an excellent knowledgeable guide to show us around the palaces but also gave some free time to wander around the gardens. The palace and grounds are so large that this trip could not have been done in half a day. The palaces are magnificent and must be seen as part of any trip to Paris.

My family had a great time with this tour, it was worth it. The driver/tour guide was excellent He is like a walking history book, very knowledgeable, and loves what he does. He made sure that everyone gets their money's worth. The lunch that was included in the day tour was excellent. We were surprised because we were not expecting much considering how expensive it is in the city but the lunch just wowed us. The gardens were beautiful and a sight to see. The driver was kind enough to move his van close to where the garden ends so we don't have a long walk back to the entrance That was customer service as far as we are concerned My family just loved this tour. There is so much to see, we don't mind going on this tour again. We highly recommend this tour.

I would highly recommend the trip as Versailles is spectacular and should not be missed. Our driver guide gave us some limited information on the streets we passed through in Paris en route. Because we had a wheelchair we had to separate from the rest of the group in Versailles to use the lifts and made our own way round with the audio guide which is excellent.

We were picked up on time for this tour. And our guide was very fluent in English and Portuguese - languages of all in the minivan. Our guide was excellent - always translating in both languages and getting us to Versailles on time with interesting conversation along the way. Booking the trip with Viator allowed us to save a lot of time, since we already had our palace and our garden tickets in advance. A very big plus in saving time. I can't say enough about our guide. Very personable, knowledgable and moved us along at a good pace to make sure we saw all the important events. I highly recommend this trip when in Paris.
